Old Style Speedometer Cable/sensor driver

Not exactly sure on the years they used this, possibly 84-92. Used from the transmission or the transfer case to drive the cable or 91/92 sensor that screwed on to it. Yellow gear is just for visual, you will use yours or can purchase it new. 

Can't be bought new that I know of!
